Is it okay to use Flonase 1 week after a rhinoplasty, and deviated septum surgery?

You should definitely speak to your surgeon prior to resuming your steroid nasal spray.  The mucosa of your septum needs to be completely healed before you can start on your medication .  Additionally, you should be careful to avoid spraying the Flonase directly towards the septum.  You might consider reviewing the medication instructions prior to resuming.  Good luck.

It is best to ask your surgeon. The answer depends upon several factors including how you are healing and how extensive the surgical procedure. I typically don't have my patients start it for 10-14 days after surgery. Good luck
