I am one week postop and I feel amazing everything has turned out so far absolutely perfect! When I reached out to Dr. Nadal I felt super comfortable in the way he answered all my questions, and was so informative with everything I was asking I felt confident in continuing my procedure with him. I am very happy with my experience and I feel Dr.Nadal was the perfect person for everything I needed.
I just had surgery for breast augmentation last Wednesday, and I’m feeling great so far. I love the results. Before surgery, Dr. Nadal answered all my questions and gave me the best advice regarding breast size according to my body type and the different implant options. I feel great couldn’t have asked for a better experience so far I am super happy with my results!
Just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Richard Nadal . I recently had a tummy tuck done with with him and all I can say is I’m loving my results. I’m three weeks post op and I cannot wait to wear my new bikini once I’m completely healed. I’m looking beautiful although a little bit swollen still. After three kids I had lost confidence on my appearance and myself esteem was on the floor so I decided it was time to change the way I was feeling.I can’t wait for the 3 months to be over so I can see my final results. He was very diligent, knowledgeable, and meticulous during the consultation which made me decide to do my surgery with him. He was also very easy to talk to and answered every single one of my questions. He did an amazing job and I cannot wait but tell him how thankful I’m for giving me back this sense of confidence that i had lost. He is an awesome surgeon that delivers great results. My way to thank him is by letting everyone know what a skilled surgeon he is.
I live in Miami and have been thinking about doing a lipo for a very long time. I just left my consultation with doctor Nadal and he was amazing at explaining the procedure from beginning to end. Although I have read a lot about how painful the surgery could be, the massages, and garments, my only concern has always been going under Anesthesia. He made me feel so safe and explained that since I’m a healthy 25 year-old with no past medical history the procedure has barely any risk. His office will do blood work and EKG to make sure that there are no risk. We talked a lot about anesthecia and he seemed very knowledgeable. Hopefully they can fit me into their schedule during the month of April. I will keep you guys posted on my surgery journey.
Dr. Richard Nadal did such an AMAZING job on lipo of my tummy and flanks, I'm absolutely in love with the results and it's only the second day!!!!!!! The staff at Strax did such a great job taking care of me and making me feels so at ease and relax. Thank you to you all!
I decided to have surgery to correct the problem areas around my hips and inner and outter thighs that I could not get rid of with traditional weight loss.
I was unhappy with the size and shape of my breasts.
I am begging anyone considering using this facility to rethink their choice. I started with this facility 01/22/2022. After over 6 months of research of board-certified plasticsurgeons, I opted to use Dr. Richard Nadal. However, I completely regret my decision to move forward with this clinic and Dr. Nadal. I was quoted based on Dr. Nadal recommendations for a full upper body lift. The package would include an extended tummy tuck, breast lift with gel implants, back lift with possible liposuction and brachioplasty. I was initially scheduled 03/11/2022 upon receiving messages requesting more information my surgeon was listed as Dr. Torres. I was then told Dr. Torres was a great doctor and that I had nothing to worry about. I felt very uneasy and questioned why I was suddenly being changed surgeons without being told or asked. I researched Dr. Torres he is a general surgeon, not a board-certified plastic surgeon. They were trying forcing me into a doctor that I was not comfortable with, I refused and they got upset. I was then given another date for surgery with Dr. Nadal since I refused surgery with Dr. Torres. I was rescheduled for 03/18/2022 with Dr. Nadal. I booked my Air BNB, rental car and airline tickets right away. In less than 24hrs later I was being rescheduled due to Dr. Nadal going on vacation. I had to reschedule everything costing me $1,000.00 the clinic refused to cover any. I was rescheduled again for 04/15/2022 with Dr. Nadal. I was given orders to have a breast ultrasound and mammogram done which I opted to complete local in my state. These orders were horrendous to try and complete. I fought for 45 days to get these orders clarified and sent to my local hospital and the office refused. I ended up flying in 4 days early to complete these and paid out of pocket to have these done. On 04/12/2022 I had my evaluation with Dr. Nadal. During my evaluation at 2pm on 04/12/2022 I was advised that my surgery was being changed once again to possibly 04/18/2022 and that was still not even a guarantee. I had already arranged a care for my son and pets for the time of my stay. I was then told again my surgery was not going to happen until 04/19/2022. Upon the evaluation with Dr. Nadal he then stated he had never seen my case and would have requested a video consultation with me if he had. He then stated that my surgeries listed are not what he would have recommended for me. My entire surgery was being changed and it was not handled properly or professionally at all. Dr. Nadal had approved the surgery back in January as he was the one who ordered my labs and recommended my initial surgery type. He had seen my case and pictures already obviously, so he lied right to me. Dr. Nadal advised that he had privileges to attend to at the hospital and that is why he could not preform my surgery on 04/15/2022. He advised me that if I wanted the surgery done that “I could take my money and find another surgeon in Miami since there are thousands and have it done by Friday, but I would not get the results that he could provide me.” The staff continued to provide different excuses as to why the surgery wasn’t being performed on 04/15/2022. I finally decided to ask what the real story was. The owner of the company came into speak with me and advised me that the real reason that the surgery was not being performed on 04/15/2022 was because Dr. Nadal was practicing Lent and that he was Catholic. I was irate at this point as I was already in Miami and Lent is a Catholic holiday practiced every single year. I find it so disrespectful that I travelled based on a date I was provided after being reschedule 4xs already. To reschedule all of my travel plans it was going to cost me an additional
So I been wanting to do a round 2 for a while been very hesitant because of my last experience in Dominican Republic but now it's been three year's now and I'm over my mediocre results now I want to get what I want in the states so Miami surgical center has gotten my attention since everywhere else I tried either denied me or haven't reach out to me and I'm tierd of trying didn't take much before a new door open.
Last week I went to Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Institute of South Florida for an evaluation with Dr. Richard Nadal. Its been a dream of mine to have a mommy makeover procedure done. From the first time I met Dr. Nadal, I knew he would be the person I trusted to do my surgery. He is a very detail oriented plastic surgeon and took the time to listen to what I wanted and made recommendations accordingly. Dr. Nadal and his staff are amazing very friendly, professional and very attentive to all my needs. I have scheduled my surgery for April. I am very excited and counting the days.....
Hi and welcome to our forum! I expect some collapse of the breast following explantation. The presence of an implant effaces or stretches out the overlying breast tissue, soft tissue and skin. Following removal, the empty space will collapse upon itself. However, over time, at least partial correction is achieved naturally as the skin and soft tissues readjust over 3 months or so. If residual deformity persists, a secondary breast lift can be performed at that time. Implant removal and capsulectomy does not require microsurgery. The procedure is safe and if you are healthy, the complication rate is very low (as with any surgery, there are small risks of bleeding, infection, scarring, and anesthesia). The need for secondary lift following explantation relates to the size of the implant, its duration of implantation, and overlying skin quality. Best wishes...

Hi and welcome to our forum!I am sorry to hear of your illness. The medical device card is usually given to the patient on the day of surgery. If it was omitted, the information can usually be retrieved from your operating surgeon or can be found directly from the operative report, which can be made available to you at your request from your surgeon or from the facility where the procedure was performed.Best wishes...
