Mid Brow too high? Can lateral lift be added in office to correct look? (Photo)

One week post-surgery is too early yet to determine your final results. The brow lift, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty require several weeks and in some cases months to see the final results. In the post-op photo your eyes look more open and therefore more youthful. I would recommend giving more time to your recovery and re-assess in several weeks. The rhinoplasty alone can take up to a year. In the future, a lateral brow lift can be performed if you prefer more lateral lift. 

Brow lift with low brows. Your entire brow is too low but worse on the lateral portion. It will not get higher and should be revised by your surgeon or get a second opinion by a very experienced surgeon.

From this photo the medial brow does not look too high and with time it will fall as the swelling resolves.  However, your mid and lateral brow do look a little low in comparison, but they may lift a bit when the swelling goes down.  If in a couple of months the lateral brow is low you can just raise this with a temporal brow lift - there are many ways to do this surgery.  Or you can use a little Botox to lift this area.      

Your goals were and are appropriate but it is impossible to evaluate your result just 1 week after surgery. Normal temporary post-op swelling will distort the brow contour at this time. Be patient.
