Photographs or an examination of you would be helpful to give you the best advice, but in general, botox and/or an injectable filler can usually help to improve a horizontal crease between the forehead and nose.
I would love to answer your question. There's a muscle the pulls that part of your anatomy. Relaxing that muscle should help a lot to rejuvenate your face. Have a formal consultation to see if you're a candidate.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
Photos would be helpful, but it sounds like a neuromodulator, such as Botox, Dysport or Xeomin, could give you some relief. A little Botox in the muscles that pull downward on your forehead would relax them and lift your brow. That should also decrease the crease that bothers you. Sometimes, we also recommend injection of a hyaluronic acid filler into the crease to fill it up. If a filler is used, results can last over a year. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist who is an expert at using fillers and neuromodulators to treat the forehead.
Dear ps9114017,Thank you for your question. We recommend you seek a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon who can perform a thorough examination and then discuss with you the best treatment options to meet your goals. Neurotoxins and fillers may help reduce the forehead crease you are concerned about. Other topical or resurfacing treatments such as a skin care regimen, laser resurfacing, and microneedling may also be beneficial depending on your exam.
Hello, and thanks for your question. Without pictures, it’s impossible to say whether or not you might be a good candidate for BOTOX®, dermal fillers or other types of wrinkle treatments. Generally speaking, however, BOTOX can work very nicely to help smooth away forehead lines. Still, your best bet would be to schedule a consultation with a reputable cosmetic surgeon to discuss your needs in more detail.
It sounds like a little Botox in your forehead to stop your muscles from pulling it downward between your brows may be all you need. Botox lasts about 3 to 4 months. You’ll still be able to make normal expressions. A board-certified dermatologist should be able to take a look at your horizontal crease and either treat it with Botox or make other recommendations.
It is difficult to offer treatment recommendations without a photo or exam. If the crease is caused from muscle activity then Botox can help soften the look. If it's not from muscle activity you may be able to use fillers to disguise it. I recommend visiting an expert injector in your area for a consultation to determine what is best for you.
There are many reasons as to why a crease may be formed. Without a photograph however, it is difficult to give you a proper advice. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon in your vicinity. Good luck from New York City
Thank you for your question. If you feel comfortable, a photo might better help me address your concerns. Typically, botox injections to this area are a great way to minimize muscle movement and soften lines between the eyes. Injections last 3-4 months, and if properly maintained, they can help prevent these lines from becoming worse. I would recommend an in person consultation with an experienced injector to further determine which treatment is best for you.
Hi ps9114017,It is difficult to tell without photos what your condition really is. In general, Botox or neurotoxins is the treatment of choice for wrinkles. However, you may also have some skin laxity. Please discuss with your doctor the possibility of doing threadlifts. All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.

Hi Amman. Thanks for this question. Frown line filler has some potential higher risks which might include blood vessel injection and embolism. Always proceed with caution and make sure you understand the risks! I suggest you seek an expert injector/physician. Good luck. Dr. ALDO
Botox usually only takes a few minutes to settle itself into your muscles. The effects start becoming evident a few days later. However, the injections may make your skin tender and possibly even swollen. Gua sha sounds a bit rough to me. I’d prefer you wait a few days before trying it a...
