Dry nose and burning when inhaling. Can removing the grafts and turning the nose back to its original size fix this? (Photo)

The doctor added a centimeter to the length of the nose to correct the gingival smile, after which I had a dry nose and burning sensation when inhaling - my doctor looked surprised and said he did not know why, but I felt that the increase in the length of the nose had caused - Can removing the grafts and turning the nose back to its original size can solve my problems?

You need revision columellaplasty tipplasty and caudal septal excision. It will be better under general anaesthesia.
