Rhinoplasty is not the operation to do one technique. There are plenty of ways to reach the good result. Every surgeon has his/her own practice. Sometimes he/she is stronger on a technique than the other. I think you could ask your surgeon about the cases similiar to you and make him/her show you. I hope you decide great. Good luck.

It could be residual hump or callus formations. You may need an intervention if it is residu but it could disappear if it is callus. You have to wait either. Get well soon.
