Can I have revision rhinoplasty after 1 septorhinoplasy and 1 separate septoplasty?

I have septorhinoplasty a couple years ago, but had a healing complication due to nasal trauma. My right dorsum was damaged and had a noticeable collapse. Septum was redeviated , so at 2 years post op i had a septoplasty with nasal valve repair. The surgeon used cartilage from inside my nose and told me he used tiny grafts to repair my valve(s). now my right dorsum is worse than before and my left side has minor saddling. It;s been 6 months, at 10 months post can i consider revision rhinoplasty?

What you want can be done. The nose structure and skin look appropriate. The nostrils that I can see are large, the tip of the nose is low and there is a slight arch protrusion and i can suggest a revision rhinoplasty
