As an American traveling to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty and chin implant, I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. But Dr. Nihat Kaya’s team was incredible, especially my translator Ali. The results exceeded my expectations, and I have far more confidence in myself than before. I asked for a natural nose that would fit my face, and Dr. Nihat Kaya was able to deliver. Many plastic surgeons will give all clients the same “barbie” nose, so I definitely recommend Dr. Nihat Kaya if you want results that can highlight your unique beauty and grow with you.

It’s been six months since my rhinoplasty with Dr Nihat Kaya. I would like to thank him and his entire team. I was quite worried as it was my first surgery in my life and I was afraid of how I would cope with the pain afterwards and the recovery itself, but my worries were completely unnecessary. I had no pain, I had discomfort, completely tolerable and only for the first few days, sleeping was only difficult for the first two days but after that I got used to it, I had no other complications. My breathing returned to normal shortly after the longs were removed. I'm glad I trusted Dr Nihat Kaya with my nose job because I can't imagine myself in any other way. He met and exceeded my expectations, it was important to me that my nose was proportionate to my face, looked natural, removed the hump, asymmetry in the front and lifted the tip and he achieved that for me. Apart from him, I would like to say a special thank you to his assistant Melis, who we communicated with before and after the surgery and answered my questions, and his assistant Gul, who was by my side on the day and after the surgery and was able to put me at ease and reassure me and also answered my questions, as well as his other assistant Ali, who was with me after the surgery and answered my questions. I am very happy with the result so far and again a big THANK YOU!

My experience is overall happy, really easy to arrange everything, assistant was very helpful and made things go easy and smooth. Just got there, did the job, and left. Simple as that. Only thing, just wish there were more details before the surgery, and what should be expected as a recovery. Other than that happy with results.

I’m a 18 year old girl who just did my nose a month ago with doctor Nihat. It took me a while to find a doctor that I felt like i liked their work, and that was when I found Dr. Nihat Kaya on real self. I booked a consultation to see him and I felt so comfortable and I felt like he knew what he was doing, he explained every part of the process. It’s been 1 month and I’m so happy everyday . I feel so pretty and beautiful and many of my friends keep asking who my doctor was. I told the doctor I want my nose smaller but natural and the front to be slim and he did everything I asked for, with it still looking natural. I’m so grateful and happy

I had a nose surgery on 3 July 2023 and it has been exactly 3 weeks. I dont have any bruises or swelling and i look amazing! Dr Nihat Kaya is so good that even the friend i met yesterday didn’t notice i had a surgery! Big difference, small change! It is visible without being too much and it looks all natural like i was like that all my life! I am so grateful to him for the amazing work and professionalism!
