I got a rhinoplasty 5 years ago, but would still like to fix some issues with my nose. I don’t like how wide the bridge is, especially compared to the kind of collapsed middle vault (I did get the hump shaved, but no lateral osteotomies). I feel like the septum is deviated, and I don’t like the 2 humps I have on the side view. Finally, I’d like the tip to be thinner and rounder. I posted photos of my nose, and edited versions (are they realistic?) that fix all of my issues. Thank you.
