Is my Frankenstein indented columella scar fixable?

Hi, I had revision rhinoplasty 5 months ago and the scar on one side is indented. My first rhinoplasty the closure was seamless/imperceptible so I assume this needs to be fixed and will not resolve on its own? My previous surgeon is nice but has become quite popular and may have rushed through this surgery. Do any of you doctors have any recommendations of someone who can fix this? I am willing to travel. Thanks.

It is a relatively simple task of correcting this deformity and can be done under local anesthesia. Other than the usual methods of equal undermining on both sides of the incision, careful subcutaneous closure to reduce tension on the skin & meticulous skin approximation, I have found it helpful to place crushed cartilage in the defect to assure that it won’t reappear!
