I had couple of rhinoplasties about a decade and a half ago. I'm pretty satisfied with what my nose looks in general. But the only concerning part is hanging columella. Will columelloplasty alone be enough to resolve my issue? As I don't want to go for a full fledge rhinoplasty again

What you want can be done. The nose structure and skin look appropriate. The nostrils that I can see are large, the tip of the nose is low and there is a slight arch protrusion and i can suggest a revision rhinoplasty
