The submuscular position of an implant and the biplanar dissection makes the implant more natural in appearance.  when feeling the breasts there is skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscle, and implant.  The pectoralis muscle will get thinner with time and the silicone implant feels more like breast tissue.

Hello pinneduppunkedup. Great question. When you feel the breasts after an augmentation one is actually feeling the skin, breast tissue and muscle. All of these tissues are indeed natural.
