Dr. Prichard was very caring since the beginning and listened to my concerns. After going through a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction surgery in 2022 with another plastic surgeon, my results left me unhappy. I could not stand looking at myself in the mirror. I decided to look for another surgeon and after speaking with 5 different surgeons, I went with Dr Prichard, I could not be any happier with the results! Thank you Dr Prichard for giving me my confidence back.
I had a lower facelift 3 years ago when I was 58 years old and am now 61 years old. The results were incredible! It only took about 4 weeks for the swelling to go down. I avoid telling people how old I am because 61-year old's aren't supposed to look like they are in their mid 40's. Four weeks ago, I had DR. Prichard remove my 20-year-old breast implants along with a breast lift. I did not have the implants replaced. Even though my breast are small now I am so happy with the results! The picture posted below was taken 3 months ago and is not touched up.
Dr. Prichard is simply the best, and I am convinced he is the most incredible plastic surgeon ever to exist! I cannot recommend him enough. His staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming, which is refreshing! No one on his staff looks unnatural either, which was essential to me (as weird as it might sound); it makes sense. He does beautiful work and is a true perfectionist. I was never a fan of my nose, I have pretty small features, and my nose did not fit my face. I wanted my result to be natural but with a cute and noticeable slope. My expectations were 1000% met, and I could not be more thrilled with the outcome. I am three months post-op, and my recovery process was a breeze. I did not have any complications with recovery, and my nurse, who took care of me post-surgery, was fantastic! The center used for the procedure itself was calming, and I was the only patient in on the day of my surgery which was pleasant. I've had cosmetic surgery before, and I did not have that experience the first time around as other patients were there as well. All the attention was on me, and I loved it! Dr. Prichard himself has a wonderful bedside manner and genuinely takes his time to answer the many questions you may have. He is confident but not egotistical, as he very much could be. He is one talented surgeon, and I will never see anyone besides him! Knowing the experience I had with Dr. Prichard, I would do it all over again, without a doubt. I get so many compliments on my nose now, I have lost track! Thank you, Dr. Prichard, for giving me my dream nose!
If there were 10 stars I would have chosen 10. Dr. Prichard is the very best plastic surgeon in Scottsdale. My husband and I are both healthcare professionals and chose this office based on Dr. Prichard's reputation for being compassionate, his bedside manner and for being an absolute perfectionist in the OR. He is well known in the surgical community to be an outstanding surgeon. My initial consultation was long and well explained, my pre-op concerns were well explained and my results are exactly as we discussed. The peri-operative experience was the best I have ever encountered. Besides the results, what has impressed me the most is his attentiveness to care about the recovery process as well. I feel as though I was thoroughly cared for before, during, and after surgery. I am beyond happy with my results.
A breast cancer diagnosis turns your world upside down. Having to sort through decision making and insurance is difficult enough. Having the added pressures of the emerging world pandemic in 2020 added a layer of confusion to my already turned-upside-down world. In February of 2020, I had a bilateral mastectomy with immediate nipple/skin sparing reconstruction. All was well, until it wasn’t. I ended up back in the hospital with an infection. Covid was in full bloom. Weeks went by and my incision from my second surgery wasn’t healing….months later it was clear I had a failed breast cancer reconstruction on multiple fronts. My oncology surgeon and gynecologist were not pleased with the care I was getting from the in-network plastic surgeon who had done my reconstruction, and referred me to Dr. Pablo Prichard. Dr. Prichard is a Scottsdale plastic surgeon and renowned trauma surgeon who has a passion for helping women with breast cancer feel whole. One of his specialities is failed breast cancer reconstruction. That was me. I walked into my first appointment in 2021 with an apprehensive heart. I walked out with a two staged breast cancer re-reconstruction plan customized for me. Dr. Prichard is clearly not only an innovative surgeon but an artist who sees each person as an individual. His expertise as a plastic surgeon and trauma surgeon sets him apart in little touches like moving nipples to natural locations or fat graphing as needed for to perfect the silhouette. The time he spent measuring and drawing on me prior to my first surgery was considerable. I was a canvas and he the artist. Jadie Peck, Dr. Prichard’s assistant, meets each patient with the same care and keen aesthetic judgement as Dr. Prichard. Together their attention to detail is unsurpassed. Having “girl talk” with Jadie before Dr. Prichard would come into the room for follow-up appointments and then appointments to start filling my breast expanders was invaluable. Whenever I was feeling a bit lost or scared, Jadie had a way of picking me up. Jadie, at my request, even stood in front of the full length mirror examining me head to toe at one of my expander fills appointments laughing as we discussed what would be the perfect breast size for me. Jadie, like Dr. Prichard, sees the whole person. As a female, she lifts me up with hope at every twist and turn of this journey. My heart and mind are totally at ease as I prepare to have Dr. Prichard complete my second stage of breast reconstruction at Vincere Cancer Center next week. Dr. Prichard may humm as he works, but as his patient my heart is singing a happy tune filled with joy. — Laura Hobson
I had reconstructive surgery by Dr. Prichard following a right breast lumpectomy in which my tumor and surrounding tissue were removed. In my pre-surgical visits, Dr. Prichard explained what I could reasonably expect in terms of results. He planned ahead for my long term results following my next steps of radiation therapy post-surgery. He's talented, experienced and extremely intuitive about how to support his clients. I knew I was in great hands with his caring approach at my first visit. In my post-surgical visits, Dr. Prichard explained my healing path and set expectations. The entire staff at Advanced Aesthetic Associates has been attentive, helpful, professional and made a stressful situation much easier. I am very pleased and happy to recommend him to others and cannot express enough you will be in good hands!
I will always trust Dr. Prichard to provide great work. He makes you feel comfortable and explains the entire process, whether surgery/botox/etc. I've always been safe in his care and have been seeing him for 9 years now for various treatments. I've never walked away disappointed! Truly grateful for his talents and hard work!
Being diagnosed with breast cancer was the singularly most devastating personal news I have experienced. I was thrown into a world for which I had no experience or knowledge. My cancer surgeon referred me to Dr. Pablo for reconstruction, stating to me he “is the best in the Valley and the one I would trust to do what is needed given where your tumor is located.” At the hospital, the pre-operative nurses told me “you have the dream team” and “Dr. Prichard’s the best”. As I’ve seen the radiation oncologist and now a medical oncologist, they continue to speak highly of Dr. Prichard, his skills and the standards he sets for his patients‘ recovery planS. Even when being fitted for surgical bras, the volunteers at Tina’s Treasures told me how lucky I was to have Dr. Prichard performing my reconstruction surgery. I am extremely pleased with the results to date, 6+ weeks post-operatively. I also appreciate that his staff is always informed, professional, and responsive to questions. Collectively, Dr. Prichard and his team have helped me tremendously on this challenging journey with cancer.
I can honestly say that Dr. Prichard will be my plastic surgeon for life! I flew into Arizona to see him and I would recommend anyone considering cosmetic surgery to go to him as well. He is 100% worth it. I had multiple consultations (5) with other top plastic surgeons all over the U.S. before meeting with and deciding on Dr. Prichard for my breast augmentation. Dr. Prichard and his office team were great from day one. He took time to understand me, my lifestyle, and my body goals. During the consultation he explained the different types of augmentations then told me the method he would recommend to achieve my dream breast augmentation. I was so comfortable with Dr. Prichard’s expertise and ability to answer all my questions that I knew I finally found the surgeon I wanted to do my surgery. I’m so thankful I did a consultation with him and cannot begin to describe how happy I am with both my experience and results. (I went from a wide set 34A to beautiful full 34C) By three days post op I had minimal pain, was off all pain killers, and felt good enough to go out to brunch with my girlfriends. ( I was moving slow and not lifting anything, but hey it still counts lol) The day of surgery my anesthesiologist Dr. Hardaway and nurse (Stephanie) were both very sweet and highly efficient. They came in and introduced themselves to me and made sure i didn’t have any additional questions before I met with Dr. Prichard one last time and then we rolled back to surgery. **Let me just add that Dr. Hardaway is my favorite anesthesiologist to date. (I’ve had 3 others) I woke up from surgery with zero nausea or grogginess which I attribute to her skills. I was so alert and clear minded following surgery that I was able to take a conference call later in the day. Highly recommend her as well** Bottom line I owe a hug thank you to Dr. Prichard & Dr.Hardaway, I know that each of their expertise is the reason my healing process has been so smooth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I was referred to Dr. Prichard by one of my patients as I was have major trouble with my implants after a double mastectomy for breast cancer. My implants were unstable and had been leaking into my chest wall. I was constantly tired and in pain. I decided to see Dr. Prichard and I believe it was absolutely the best decision of my life. Since Dec he has worked hard to put this Humpty dumpty back together again. He is always pleasant and always even answers my most ridiculous questions. He is confident but comforting, he loves to hmmm, whistle or sing which puts me at ease as if the world is right. I can only hope to see him dance one of these days.. Lol. His staff is also the finest out there, Ashley always pleasant on the phone or as she greets you upon entering or see you next time, very sweet and personable. So much can be said about Cindy who always makes sure my insurance is approved, my FMLA and short term disability paperwork is filled out In a timely fashion no matter how many weird request they required. The surgery staff is amazing enough can not be said about how friendly and professional they’re. Last by not least there is the fabulous Jadie, Dr Prichard’s Asst. she seriously is a wonder women. She is very professional and a Jack of all trades, she has fixed me physically like when my JP drain broke and she has fixed me mentally when I felt like a complete Shrek. This office is a breath of fresh air and a beacon of hope when I felt like giving up. I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Prichard and his amazing team. If your scared or feel like your lost, trust in him he will not disappoint you I promise.
Thank you for your question. Dermabrasion is an option for you, because your skin is light you would be a good candidate for this treatment. If you are concerned you can always do a test spot before hand to see how your skin responds. you need to make sure you do to someone who knows what they are doing so you do not have additional unnecessary scarring. Best Wishes, Pablo Prichard, MD
Thank you for your question. Acne Scaring is difficult to treat with peels if it is deeper. You might want to try resurfacing lasers or even dermabrasion (not microdermabrasion). Speak with your skin care provider for assessment to see if you would be a good candidate for either of these treatments. Best Wishes, Pablo Prichard, MD
Thank you for your question. Without having photos it is difficult to assess the area, I would recommend speaking to a skin specialist about options for treatment such as laser or peels. Be careful doing at home treatments as this can aggravate pigmentation if not done appropriately. Best Wishes, Pablo Prichard, MD
Thank you for your question. Laser hair removal is not pain free but it is very well tolerated and does not require anesthesia. You can ask your provider to use a topical numbing cream or you can consult with different providers to see if a different machine is more tolerable for you. Best Wishes,Pablo Prichard, MD
Thank you for your question. You are a very good candidate for this type of laser treatment due to your light skin and dark hair you will have a very good result, no one can guarantee 100% perfection but should be able to get you pretty close. The fine hairs on your abdomen are dark as well so with the appropriate settings you should be happy with the results. Best Wishes,Pablo Prichard, MD
