I had a rhinoplasty 6 months ago. Is this an infection? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty around 6 months ago, and a few days ago I noticed a circular dent on my nostril. I have also been very dry in that area before the scar appeared so I don’t know if I’m dealing with some sort of infection (staph infection?) or if I’ve simply just gotten a scar from maybe scratching that area. I've had some strange excessive discharge from my nose too for some time, it’s clear and slimy. I started noticing it after a recent flue so I don’t know if it’s related to the dent.

Would my nose improved significantly after 9 month post op? I feel unsatisfied and the results don't match my request.
