Severe dry eye syndrome after getting Juvederm in tear trough, under eye area, and upper cheeks, a month ago. Will it ever go?

Ever since then an opthamologist has said I had a dry patch on one cornea. Its caused by fillers as I never had this before. The injector is dismissive& refuses that the filler has done this.l think the filler may have changed my lowerlid position& changed how I blink, thus dry eyes.OR something else has been affected/compressed.I worry that dryeyetreatments won't work for me as the underlyingissue is the filler.I'm scared to get hyalase.ive read bad reviews. Shall I wait for filler to dissolve?
