Severe dry eye syndrome after getting Juvederm in tear trough, under eye area, and upper cheeks, a month ago. Will it ever go?

Poorly placed filler can drag the lid down and impair corneal surface wetting. If this is the case you will need to have this dissolved. You are quite about being wary of Hyaluronidase. I have seen many complications of this being done with too high concentrations which can irreparably damage the body's natural connective tissues. It would be very unusual for a filler to cause a dry eye.  We often put filler in when people have a low lid to help move it up, which helps the dry eye.  If you really believe that the filler is responsible, you should have it removed.  Not sure what you have read about hyaluronidase that is negative as we use it all the time without problems.

This can be corrected by dissolving the filler with hyaluronidase. It can take multiple treatments of hyaluronidase to fully dissolve the filler.
