Help! Just got a syringe of juvederm ultra plus. Will this hematoma go away? This is my sixth or seventh time getting injections and I’ve never bruised. This happened as I was receiving the injection. What Can I do to make it go away faster? I also have a small bump on my lip that I’m not a fan of that’s noticeable, will it go away ?

Bruising or hematoma resolution is different in every individual. In some people it will go away and just a few days and in others it may take up to 2 weeks. Helping your hematoma dissolve may involve application of moist, warm compresses four to six times daily.
If Restylane or Juvederm was used, then after reversal agent is used, it does go back to normal lips. Especially considering it has already been two years. It is very unlikely that you have anything left there. If possible, please post before treatment and current photo of...
