I am 25 years old, 120lbs, 31 but wear 32B, 12cm bwd. What size and profile should I get to have 32C and what size and profile to be 32D? One doctor recommended 339 Mod+ and another one 300 HP... I want to look as natural as possible but be no larger than 32D (Victoria secret size).

Answer: What size to be 32C and what size to be 32D? Hello! Thank you for your question. In general, implant size does not correlate with bra cup size. The cup size itself will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer as well as who is doing the actual measurements. Thus, cup size is never a reliable indicator for your breast size. I typically encourage my patients not to communicate her desires in cup size but more on the actual look and appearance. Good communication between you and your surgeon of your expectations is warranted - choosing your surgeon wisely is the first step. Discussion of your wishes and having an honest and open dialog of your procedure is mandatory (e.g, implant type, incision, placement, lift, etc). I have found that photographs brought by the patient is helpful to get a visualization of the appearance you wish for in terms of size, shape, fullness, etc. In addition, your surgeon's pre and postoperative photographs should demonstrate a realistic goal for you. Once this has been accomplished, allow your surgeon to utilize his/her best medical judgment during the procedure to finesse the best possible result for you after preoperative biodimensional planning and fitting the right implant for your breast width. In my over 27 years of plastic surgery practice, I have noticed that many women over estimate their breasts size, mainly because 'Victoria secrets' makes the bra sizw smaller, so women feel better about their breasts size. They are always surprised when I show them their real measurements. Since you mentioned that you wear 'Victoria secrets' 32 B cup, I would assume that your real size is 32 small A cup. That means , that to reach 32 C cup you will need implants with volume of 300 cc and for 32 D cup you will need 425 cc implants. The most attractive, faminine , natural looking and most popular size , in my experience, is full C cup and for that you will need 375 cc implants. I would recommend smooth, round moderate profile saline implants that you can have them inserted through small incision under the areola. Always, consult with board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive. Check also the 'realself' reviews for positive patients experience which provide important information on the surgeons.
