Hello cklos1,The tear troughs have very thin skin and are prone to contour irregularity when filler is incorrectly placed. Using a filler in this area that pulls in a lot of water can also lead to fullness. If you noticed the lump at the time of injection then it is likely too much product. Within the first week or so the product is mobile and can be massaged for a better contour. If the lump developed over hte next two days then it is likely just swelling from the injection. To help determine what is going on, I'd recommend you follow up with your injector. If after 2 weeks the lump is still there, and it is caused by too much filler, then you can inject an enzyme to dissolve it.In the future, you should only have this area injected by a cosmetic physician injector to minimize your risk of contour irregularities. I hope this helps and good luck.
