Dr. Mazow is known for his exemplary cosmetic work. He specializes in eyelid lifts (blepharoplasty) and brow lifts, and he has expertise with injectables, such as Botox, Xeomin, and dermal fillers like Restylane.
At his Eye Plastic Surgery Associates practice in Dallas, Texas, he also assists patients with issues such as eye bags, dry eye, eyelid laxity, inflammation, orbital tumors, skin tumors, ptosis, thyroid eye disease, and other traumas.
Dr. Mazow received his undergraduate degree from Rice University in Houston and then earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston McGovern Medical School. He then completed an internship at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Houston, as well as a residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine Department of Ophthalmology. To further hone his craft, he also did a fellowship at the Eye Plastic Surgery Associates in Dallas.
In addition to being board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Mazow has received membership into the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
