It is also possible that volume added just below the ridge would smooth out this issue.  Generally the enzyme will be the more economical approach to this. I encourage my patients to return for assessment about a week after their treatment because in the first 3 weeks, it is also possible to simple massage the product to fix a spot like this.  At 2 months out, that approach will not work.  However the enzyme is brilliant for this.

This may be due to the amount of filler used. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. A combination approach of fillers, lasers and microneedling/prp gives the most improvement under the eyes. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Hi sjgormly,I can't say for sure from a picture (and since I didn't do the treatment), but it looks like the ridge could be a little bit too much Restylane in that spot. I would recommend follow up with your provider so he/she can assess in person and potentially dissolve some of the filler. Dissolving the filler with an injectable enzyme is a relatively quick and simple process, so I would consider that before adding any additional filler. After the bump has been dissolved, then you could always consider filler in the cheek depression if it is still present. Hope that helps!

Most likely you have been overcorrected in this area so do not get more injections at this time  It will go away and massage may help, but you can have hyaluronidase injected to dissolve if it is bothersome
