I am 10 days,out from my fscelift. I look terrible. My neck goes from midneck t o.my chin. My neck is,all.lumpy. my eyes,are swollen and look worse then before the facelift.i have included a before photo so you can see how I have been ruined.

As per the location you describe at the sides of the neck they are not the submaxillary glands, which are located in the corresponding cell in the underchin.
I'm sorry to read that you're still
feeling such bothersome discomfort at this point after your surgery. In my
experience, it's very uncommon for a facelift patient to still have permanent sutures
in place a month after surgery. Those should have been removed a couple of
weeks ago. But perhaps...
