Dr. Yarish did an amazing job. Before my surgery I haven’t worn a bikini in 17 years. I am 3 years post-op mommy makeover and still look great. Him and his team were very helpful and helped me from beginning to end. PROS: Very informative. He reminded me to have realistic expectations and at that moment I knew he would be my surgeon. Staff is very friendly and takes their time explaining everything. They helped to to relax before surgery and I wasn’t as anxious or nervous as before. Had amazing results that no workout could achieve. Minimal scaring. CONS: Since this is surgery you can expect some complications. I had pain right after surgery and I was given some pain meds but they didn’t do much at all. It was very painful. About a few days after I ended up in the hospital because I was anemic. I also received pain therapy during my stay at the hospital. I felt like a celebrity there because the nurses kept coming in just to see my body lol! They all were amazed at how incredible I looked. Kinda felt like martigras because I had to keep taking my top off but I didn’t mind. They all said they wanted a boob job after seeing my breasts. Also it was kinda costly but it was worth it for quality work. Today I am still happy with my body and if I had the choice I would do it all over again I would choose Dr. Yarish.
Hello, I decided last minute to post about my own personal journey, I am somewhat new to RS. Yesterday (dec5) I had a mommy makeover which included a full tummy tuck (included hernia and diastis recti repair) and exchanged my 350cc moderate saline implants with 600cc HP. I have my first follow up appointment tomorrow so I hope to get some pictures while I’m unwrapped. Pain wise I honestly expected way worse, I woke up in a good positive mood despite being very very nervous weeks leading up so I wonder if that helped my pain tolerance having a positive outlook. The nurses as well as my doctor were very reassuring they would take great care of me which was nice. My stats for anyone wondering are 5’3 115lb. I have two children ages 5 and 1 and due to breast feeding my nipples have enlarged dramatically so I plan to go back to my doctor after I heal some and have them resized down the line. I’ll try to post PICTURES FROM MY FIRST BREAST AUGMENTATION in 2012 and a picture from before my surgery yesterday so your able to see the time line of my breast. Updated on 7 Dec 2018: Went to my post op appointment and everything went well. Dr mentioned he wasn’t able to completely get rid of my previous belly button so you can see it in the very center of my incision. He told me not to worry as he would cut it out in 3-6mo and you won’t be able to tell it was ever there. I am truly grateful for what a wonderful job he did as I honestly was expecting a vertical belly button scar. I was under the impression I wouldn’t have nearly enough skin to complete the full tuck but I basically did! I would recommend dr Yarish to anyone looking for a breast augmentation or tummy tuck, his work as well as his bedside manner is amazing!! I believe it’s his technique that has me in minimal pain, the breast I cannot even tell pain wise that I did anything, they are significantly larger but I do not feel any pain from that, and my tummy is only sore since I had pretty severe diastis recti. More than anything my BACK IS KILLING ME!! Which the soma muscle relaxers are working wonders for that. All in all I’ve had a wonderful experience. Here is a picture of me at my post op and another once wrapped back up at home. Oh and I’m so happy my hip tattoo is completely gone! Drains are said to come out in two weeks unless my drainage slows down to about 20ml for whole 24hrs before then.
Beyond my expectations in terms of pre and post op care and attention. I am at one month post op so still have some swelling and numbness but from what I can tell at this stage, I am going to be very happy with my end results!
I cannot give Dr. Yarish enough credit for his talent and artistry. He truly cares about his patients and listened to everything I had to say. My belly button even looks better than before unlike some others you see and know it is TT belly button. I look better than I did in high school. I am 36, had a 10lb baby and a C-section so my results were way beyond what I could have even imagined. I still cannot believe this body is mine and still get choked up when I look at myself. I will forever be thankful to him, his office staff, patient coordinator, medical assistant and the OR team that took care of me before, during and after surgery. The spa package after surgery was a wonderful bonus. They laser the incision to fade the scar which wasn't bad in the first place. I used the recommended scar cream and it worked wonders. I would highly recommend Dr. Yarish to anyone looking into to having a cosmetic procedure or consult. Thank you Dr. Yarish for bringing back my confidence. There are seriously no words to express my gratitude. I appreciate all you have done for me and continue to do for me!
Dr. Yarish and his staff are helpful and make you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process! I was definitely scared and unsure before the procedure but I have no regrets and am very happy with the results and level of service that they provided. They gave me all of the necessary tools for a speedy recovery.
Dr Yarish is an amazing doctor! I had a tummy tuck and liposuction done and I look amazing! The whole office and staff are very professional and friendly. I have no regrets and would definitely do it again - no question!
I’m 34 and I had my daughter at a young age. For 16yrs I had lived a very uncomfortable and insecure life. I felt like I was living in an older persons body. I felt ugly and insecure. Especially when I had to find dresses for special events, bathing suits, clothing that was a little tight fitting or spaghetti straps. I love the water. I love the beach. But when it came to bathing suits I was so insecure. Looking at everyone around me then myself was depressing. I work out, but no matter how much I’d do, the excess skin on my stomach was going no where. My breast were not going to back to what they once were. That’s when I knew there was only one thing to do, a Mommy Makeover. I began to do a research for a few years. Only recently did I finally narrow my search to only a handful of doctors. Last June Dr. Yarish’s office had an open house. That is when I met Dr. Yarish and his staff. Everyone was really nice and inviting. After that, that is when I decided to put Dr. Yarish at the top of my list. December is when I set up consultations. I went to Dr. Yarish’s office first. I was a bit nervous, but the way the Dr. Yarish spoke to me I felt comfortable. Aubrey was great. We got our answers questioned, we talked about the different types of implants, which size would look natural on me, which implant he recommended and what needed to be done to my tummy to achieve my goal. At the end we decided that a breast lift with implant, tummy tuck with lipo with a fat transfer to my lips (lips was just a bonus for me). My husband was with me and we both walked away feeling pleased with the outcome of the consultation. That same day I had a consultation with another doctor, which I will not mention names. I was not content with the whole consultation. His suggestion was to put in large implants instead of doing a lift, tummy tuck, lipo, lipo on legs and so on. He seemed to find so many defects on me it was very unappealing. My husband and I decided to go with Dr. Yarish. I didn’t bother going to the rest of the doctors on my list. As the pre-op appointment approached, the end of February, that’s when I was scared, nervous and excited. Jessica was awesome explaining the post-op procedures. The days were getting closer for one of the biggest changes of my life. It was completely surreal for me. My surgery was in two weeks. I later received my phone call for the surgery time. The few days before my husband and I prepped for post-op. We went out and bought pj’s and sweats, food that I’d be able to eat, made sure I had all my meds. The day finally came! I arrived on time and was not feeling nervous at all, thank god for the meds I took the night before. Everything went pretty quick. I saw Dr. Yarish right before the surgery to go over my procedures. By the time I knew it, It was done. I awoke a groggy mess in my garment. I felt sore and completely loopy. Went home right after. I had draining pipes coming out of my pelvic area with two bulbs at the attached to my garment with safety pins. Going to the restroom was a strange feeling. The next morning we went back to Dr. Yarish and Jessica showed us how to shower and take care of the wounds. I was still a bit of a groggy mess then. The following days were a bit of a blur. I was sore, my lips were swollen, and I had muscle spasms. But! I had my boobies and a flat tummy! By the 5th day I was a more sober. I went back to Dr. Yarish’s and Jessica removed some of my sutures. She told me I was healing really well and not a lot of bruising. It as nice to hear that. Right now, the main thing that is a bother me is the muscle spasms on my right breast. Gosh it hurts. I don’t wan to take the meds throughout the day because I get so drowsy. I try and deal with it with breathing exercises and at night I’ll take my meds. Dr. Yarish and his staff are appreciable. If I have questions, they are there for me.
10 years ago I had my old saline implant (implanted by another doctor) removed due to capsular contracture and unevenness of the nipple by Dr. Yarish and I’m so glad I waited to have them redone. Fast forward, as I was considering getting my breast redone again to correct the deflating, sagging and unevenness of my nipples, I could not think nor trust anyone else to do the job but Dr. Yarish. He was very honest and upright and told me that I will need a lift. At first I was against this because I felt that I only needed a lift on one side. After some research, I realized I really needed a lift on both side or my skin would be to stretchy causing the implant to slide/drop too early giving a snoopy or waterfall effect. I went back and apologize to him for trying to be controlling and told him That I trust his judgement. On another note, Dr. Yarish’s staff are great and many have been with him since the very beginning which says a lot about their relationship. Dr. Yarish’s bed side manner is warm, comforting, genuinely cares for his patience and does his best to address all of my concerns. On surgery day when my boyfriend came to pick me up, go over post-op procedures and met with Dr. Yarish, he too commented that everyone here was so super nice and couldn’t get over how nice and personable Dr. Yarish was. He was so shocked because he had just got his dental implant done recently and the nursing staff at his renown surgeon’s office was so rude, I never wish to go back nor recommend anyone. Keep up the good work Dr. Yarish & Staff and thank you for the patience and kindness you have shown me through out this process.
Dr. Yarish did an amazing job! I'm 50 and I look older than I should but Dr. Yarish made me look like I'm 30. Dr. Yarish and his team are exceptional they exceeded my expection and more. I went to another dr in Houston and he completely botched my breast. I expressed my concerns with Dr. Yarish and he assured me that he could fix my breast and he did just that. My breast look amazing and natural they look like they did when I was in my twenties but better! He also did my tummy tuck, my stomach looks amazing and I no longer have excess saggy skin. my scar is literally invisible! He offers amazing post op procedures that are included with the surgeries to make your surgeries look even better. The other Doctors (4 other plastic surgeons) in Houston that I consulted with prior to Dr. Yarish didn't offer any post procedures like laser scar, ultrasound, lymphatic massages. I had my post procedures done with Kassandra and Sarah and they both did an amazing job! He offers multiple services. I also had fillers at his office with nurse practitioner Sarah Hill and Kim. They are so incredibly patient and knowledgeable in their work. I also had such a fun visit with Sarah and Kim. You could tell they enjoy what they do and they had such a great dynamic between them! Sarah recommended some great options for fillers. That was my first time ever getting fillers and I could tell just by talking to her for a couple of minutes that she knew what she was talking about. Most people can say whatever and state that their good at their job but Sarah proves that she's amazing at her job. She did an amazing job on the fillers. I look natural but I look like an amazing version of myself. Even though I had multiple things done to my body and face. I don't want people to look at me and clearly see that I got stuff done. That's what I love about this office they don't ever make you look fake like a Barbie doll. They just make you the best version of yourself but still achieving the natural look. I will always recommend my friends and family to come to his office. His office is so incredibly beautiful and so is his staff! The office is clean and EVERYONE is so friendly! Everyone here greets you by your name right when you walk through the doors. Aubrey and Ashley are always there to greet you and answers all my questions. Dr. Yarish clearly only hires the best in the business and you can tell! This is the only time I will ever be happy to see a DR! I have sent atleast 6 people that I know to his office and ALL of them love it here! I will forever be a patient here!
Dr. Yarish is amazing! He performed my breast augmentation in 2004 and I have sent him at least five clients since then. My breast are a D cup. After about a year they pretty much look the way they are now. Im super happy, they are full and very natural looking.
You will need to see your surgeon for the answer to this one. It could be fluid, retained fat, or muscle tightening sutures that are failing. My guess is that is one of the first two which are easily dealt with.
That's a tough one...a pre-op photo would give the answer. If you don't have a photo, get one from your surgeon. From looking at the photo provided, your tummy tuck might be a good one. But there is a lot of liposuction that could still be done to give you the result you want. Remember, the tummy tuck only tightens the skin and muscle but requires liposuction to really give a reductions in size and nice contour.
The short answer is that they can be removed and definitely should be removed. I performed several of these during that time period and although the results were OK and problems few, I was never happy enough to continue offering it to my patients. Over the years, there have been frequent "improvements" and changes but they are all variations of the same tired attempt to mimic a mini lift, which in itself is a debatable procedure.Having performed hundreds of all types of lifts, both regular and "mini", I'm a firm believer in doing procedures that patients will be happy with for a lifetime.
Nose evaluation is hugely dependent on personal consolation. And the photo would have to include your upper lip and better yet, the lower third of your face from the top of your nose to the bottom of your chin. It does appear that you have an elevated nostril that can possible be disguised but not completely "cure". Best to consult with a surgeon experienced in cosmetic nasal surgery. Look at their photographs!
To get the figure you want, liposuction will handle all but the lower tummy. You have muscle laxity and undoubtedly muscle separation. I would recommend a tummy tuck for best results since liposuction alone won't get rid of half of the tummy bulge. Moreover, the skin laxity and stretch marks may leave a less than pleasing result. If you are ok with the stretch marks, tummy bulge, and looseness of the skin, you could simply do suction. It's a matter of your limitations of time off and funds as well as the limits of your desire. A full explanation can only be done during a personal consolation.
