80 days post op. Bulging abdomen and severe itching. (Photo)

My belly is far from being flat. My doctor (nor from us) says it scar tissue that’s swollen and it should go down. And I also have severe itching on and off during the day. I don’t know if I will ever have a flat abdomen and if it’s actually swelling? And also what’s the itching all about? Can somebody please help me how can I reduce the itching? It’s very uncomfortable as summer is approaching and I wear the compression garment all the time.
