I have lost 57 pounds over 11 years, I walk 3 miles 5 times a week and attend hot yoga class 3 times a week, but I was really not happy with my arms. I am 58 yrs old. I had breast reductions about 22 yrs ago, but my health insurance did not cover my side bra fat, so I had it done all at once.

I live in south Texas and the temperatures reach 3 digits, now I can shop for sleeveless dresses and blouses, and feel so much better when I see myself in the mirror during my yoga class and in family pictures, I can now wear medium tops. I do not want to change my appearance, I just want to look the best I can for myself.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Friedman and his team! I came in for an abdominoplasty consultation to help fix a horrible scar/disfigurement from an abdominal surgery from when I was younger. I had little confidence and this horrible scar down my stomach, compounded with normal “post pregnancy pooch”, made me feel uncomfortable in my own skin. However, from the initial consultation I felt immediately at ease. Dr. Friedman’s beside manners is one of the best I’ve ever seen from a talented medical professional. He took his time at explaining the procedure and options to me as well as actively listening to all my questions. Never once did he make me feel rushed or dumb in asking my MANY questions. Once I decided to go forward, his entire team made me feel like family. Gloria, Christina, and Ashleigh – they shared my journey with me from beginning to end. Each time I had a follow up appointment, I felt like I was meeting with girlfriends who were genuinely cheering me on and invested in my recovery. Dr. Friedman was available to me post-op as well. He was always available when needed and never made me feel like once the surgery was done, he was done with me. He kept in contact constantly to ensure my recovery was going smoothly. It was hard not to walk out of each appointment without a genuine smile. I also opted for the post-surgery massages with Julian, and I believe those really helped. Thank you, Dr. Friedman, Ms. Kay, Gloria, Christina, Ashleigh, and Julian, for making this the best experience ever and helping me get my confidence back!

After receiving fillers previously elsewhere I decided to give Stadia Med Spa a try after learning they have a Dr doing the procedure. Dr Friedman was great- very patient, took his time, was conscience of making changes that would look natural and not over done and he got the opinion of not one but two of the staff when done for thoughts. 

Received injections to nasolabial folds, lips (Juvederm) and brow frown (Botox in brow) . The folds and lips look better than the last time I got them a few years ago so his technique is on point. This was a lot to do at once and he was patient if I needed a break and I never felt rushed. I like having a plastic surgeon doing these injections.
