Should I try Fractora and 1540 or get a tummy tuck? (photo)

Advice based on photos alone is never as good as in-person examination, but based on your photos I would suggest that you go with a full tummy tuck. No nonsurgical skin tightening method is particularly effective. Fractora is not a bad system, but even with the best possible results you will not see enough contraction of the skin to really make a difference and with the cost of those treatments plus the venus freeze you'll end up spending more than you would on a tummy tuck in the end and still needing one. The only way to know for sure is to book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to see what your options are. Best of luck!
