I am considering a procedure to remove excess skin/fat around my mid section. I feel like no matter how much I work out or how much weight ill lose it will still look and make me feel like it does now, which I hate. I am extremely active and want the least invasive procedure as possible. I have a consult for tummy tuck but have heard that a tummy tuck actually involves muscle cutting as well which to me would be invasive. Can the skin just be cut and tighten without muscle surgery ?
