Could I get eyes like Adriana Lima? (Photo)

I know I have more round almost shaped eyes my orbitals are rather more round then square could I possibly get her exact eye shape?

Thank you for the photos. Your actual eyelid shape looks pretty similar, but what the celebrity has is more lateral peaking of the eyebrow, which can be created with a temporal brow lift. I'd recommend that before an actual blepharoplasty, which I don't think you need.

You can't have eyes like someone else anymore than you can get a face or a body exactly like someone else. Enjoy who you are rather than try and replicate to someone else is

Facial aesthetics are primarily determined by facial, skeletal structure.
For this reason I don’t think trying to manipulate the shape of your orbit is appropriate.
People should learn to accept their own facial appearance as being normal, unless it is an inherent problem.
