Which procedure would make my eyes appear more symmetrical? (photo)

The lower parts of your eyes demonstrate scleral show. I would advise against surgery to address this. The results can be extremely unpredictable and are likely to leave you dissatisifed.

You also have inferior scleral show. Assuming you have not reversed the photos (common on this forum), your left upper eyelid has slightly more ptosis than the right upper eyelid. You would benefit from ptosis correction which will make the eyes look brighter. You will need an anterior levator resection ptosis surgery. The so-called "scarless" posterior approach conjunctival muellerectomy does correct ptosis but it will not fix the attachment between the anterior levator aponeurosis and the tarsus. You also need crease lowering. The inferior scleral show is complex to repair and may not be necessary. Less is more.

All people have facial asymmetry.
Primary asymmetry is found in the facial, skeletal structure.
The orbits are typically a symmetrical in the skull.
And assessment for your eyes and eyelids has a dynamic component. If you change your visual gaze, the appearance changes.
The degree of a symmetry in your eyes is very much within normal and I do not recommend surgical intervention.
It will most likely not give you the outcome you’re looking for.
You might have slight bilateral upper eyelid ptosis.
You can always consult with ophthalmologist, oculoplastic, surgeon, or plastic surgeon in your community to get an assessment. I would not focus so much on a symmetry because it’s primarily based on bone structure.
