One of my eyes has the whites below the iris more visisble than the other, it also looks more “bulging” since it naturally looks bigger. I prefer the eye that’s smaller and longer looking - that doesn’t have the whites of it show as much since it’s less droopy too. Besides aesthetics makeup is impossible to do because what looks good on my smaller eye looks weird on my other one. What can I do to make my eyes more even?

It appears your eyes are deeply set and your eyebrows are ptotic and too low. You would benefit from a browlift and possibly an upper blepharoplasty. You may also benefit from fat transposition into the hollow areas. This can be done by repeat lower blepharoplasty or fat injections.
