Bags after lower eyelid surgery (Photo)

Question

I have had lower eyelid surgery 2 times in 2 years, but I still have bags under my eyes. It seems like they are getting worse. My plastic surgeon says he reconfirmed during the second eye surgery there was no fat. The swelling is worse some days than others, so I wonder if it’s my lymphatic system that is. It working properly.

It is also challenging to appreciate the issues when you are looking down in the photos. I would not recommend a third surgery with the same surgeon. For help with this, you are going to need to be assessed by an oculoplastic surgeon who fixes botched eyelids. There is help out there but you may need to travel to get the help you do need.

The picture show negative vector and taking the fat out through transconjuctival incision does not help. You will need tear trough implant and subcillary( skin) incision.
