i'm a 21-year-old man. I'm a little depressed these days. I already have OCD and I hate my face. My teeth and nose are crooked, my jawlines are bad... I started wire treatment for my teeth, but now I hate my eyes too. My eyelids are big and they don't disappear when my eyes are open. I didn't pay attention until I was this age, but until I saw the hunter eyes trend on social media. People's upper eyelids don't show, but mine is like that. Is it too bad?

Hello. Firstly, Detailed examination is required. But I can say that by looking at your photos. Your upper lids cover your pupil. This condition is called ptosis. Blepharoplasty should be performed on the upper eyelid. And plication is required to the muscle that lifts the upper eyelid (levator palphebra superior).

You can get an assessment at a regular eye doctors office like an optometrist or you can consult with plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, or oculoplastic surgeons to get an assessment, and better understanding of potential treatment options if indicated.
To make assessment we typically need more of a dynamic approach then individual pictures.
