It appesrs, based on these photos, that combination of true thigh and buttock lift, combined with liposuction/fat grafting, would be more appropriate procedure for you. This will involve placement of the incision (scar) along your lower back/buttock crease, lifting the skin from lower buttocks and thighs up and preserving some of the tissue from upper buttocks as a filler for buttocks volume augmentation. Liposuction of back and flanks will provide enough fat grafts to further fill and shaping of buttocks and hips.
