I am 5'10. 186 lbs. I had weight loss surgery and lost a lot of weight, and now my butt is non existent. I have gotten approval from a dr that said he can do it, but I wont have the same results as everyone on his IG. Is this fixable?

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Kind444180, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: TO BBL or not Hello, thank you for your question and your pics. Honestly, going for liposuction will not deem enough fat to work with. my best advise is going for a lower body lift, and using a rotation flap to fill your buttocks with the excessive lower back skin, that will also help fix the excess skin on the lower fold of your buttocks. Focus on removing excess skin first, and finish with the Lipo when no loose skin is left
