It appesrs, based on these photos, that combination of true thigh and buttock lift, combined with liposuction/fat grafting, would be more appropriate procedure for you. This will involve placement of the incision (scar) along your lower back/buttock crease, lifting the skin from lower buttocks and thighs up and preserving some of the tissue from upper buttocks as a filler for buttocks volume augmentation. Liposuction of back and flanks will provide enough fat grafts to further fill and shaping of buttocks and hips. Honestly, going for liposuction will not deem enough fat to work with. my best advise is going for a lower body lift, and using a rotation flap to fill your buttocks with the excessive lower back skin, that will also help fix the excess skin on the lower fold of your buttocks. Focus on removing excess skin first, and finish with the Lipo when no loose skin is left

It is possible to fill the mount of skin you have, but it would create a very large buttocks and you do not appear to have enough extra fat to do so, however there is no image of your abdomen.

Unfortunately, with such success, comes the consequence of excess skin and skin laxity.
Trying to get a round buttocks with projection using your own fat will be very difficult (or maybe impossible depending on your expectations).

Most successful weight loss patients needs skin surgery more than anything else. An extended or wraparound, tummy tuck, a.k.a. body lift it’s probably a better procedure to consider first. Skin laxity is now your major problem because of the successful weight loss.
Skin laxity, lowers your candidacy significantly in regards to Liposuction and fat transfer results.
To get an idea of what your results would look like ask providers to show you before, and after pictures of other patients with similar amounts of skin laxity.
