At your height and weight, your BMI is over 35. Your BMI is only one indication of your health and the results you can achieve with the surgeries. Some board plastic surgeons will not perform plastic surgery on any patient with a BMI over 35. I like to see my TT and BBL patients at a BMI of 30 or lower. This decreases complications during and after surgery and increases the probability of you achieving your aesthetic goals.

Thanks for your photos, though very hard to see well. In Florida office surgery can NOT combine full lipo/BBL with extended TT (which is what you need) in 1 operation or combination. You need 2 separate surgeries.

I suppose the first thing a plastic surgeon would want to know is if you’re planning on having more children. Patients should be fairly certain that they’re not going to have future pregnancies.

Obesity reduces patient’s candidacy for both procedures.

Obesity increases risk of medical complications and reduces quality of results.

Liposuction is limited in how much fat can safely be removed. Most plastic surgeons will not remove more than 5 L of fat during a single procedure. In the state of Florida this is restricted to no more than 1 L of fat if done in combination with another procedure. 5 L of fat is certainly enough for a BBL but may be insufficient to deliver quality liposuction results and somebody over 200 pounds.

Presley I prefer to do these as separate procedures for a multitude of reasons.

The full tummy tuck is a highly invasive and difficult procedure to recover from. Having a BBL done at the second time requires that patient laying on their back during recovery putting undesirable pressure on the area treated with fat transfer. The total number of hours of surgery also increases with combined procedures and especially on patients who are larger.

Considering all these variables in context my recommendation would be for you to first consider success for weight loss followed by the tummy tuck which is most likely going to have the greatest impact and then have the BBL six months after that.

Different providers have different views on the topic and results and the approach vary significantly based on who does the procedure.

I do not recommend patients travel long distances for any elective surgical procedures this is especially true for highly invasive large procedures like a tummy tuck.

While I recommend white loss first you can always begin having consultations and start narrowing down your provider.

I recommend you stay local and have exclusively in person consultations with as many providers as possible.

Delivering consistent high-quality liposuction and fat transfer results it’s more difficult than most people believe. I suppose the same could be said for tummy text to some degree though I do not see as much variance in outcomes with tummy tux as I do liposuction in fat transfer in where the procedure results seem to be highly divergent based on who does the procedure.

During consultations ask each provider to show you their entire collection of before and after pictures. Experienced surgeons should have no difficulty showing you 50 or more sets of before and after pictures. Ask the provider to show you examples of average results, better than average results and less than average results to get some idea of what you could expect. You should also ask the patient to show examples of patients who had a similar body characteristics to your own.

Always make sure fat transfer results are taken a minimum of three months after the procedure.

Seeing a handful of results representing the best outcomes of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of how many procedures the surgeon has performed or what average results actually look like.

Lastly I recommend reading all the reviews on all various physician review websites avoiding providers for that a significant number of justified negative reviews.

The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than an abundance of positive reviews.

To have a safe outcome with the greatest chance of quality results I recommend weight loss followed by this done as split procedures with meticulous provider selection.

Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
