Generally, I start with 1 ml lip filler to add volume and shape to lips. Leftover product can then be used to fill in lip lines. Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist will give you a better idea of the results you can expect.
Thank you for your question and picture. I would recommend 1 ml, 0.5 ml will make hardly any difference. I would suggest filling the lips first and maybe using a resurfacing method for the smoker lines such as laser or chemical peel. All The Best
This will create very subtle improvement. I recommend starting with 1 ml. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising. Look for a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an expert in fillers to discuss your desired results and concerns. I hope this helps.

Fillers can often absorb water in the first few days causing lumps or irregularities. I suggest applying Plato's Bruise Balm twice daily for a few days after injecting my patients. If the filler lumps do not resolve, then a small injection of Hylenex usually can correct an HA filler that is ...
Thank you for your question. Answering this question is not easy because without a proper in-person consultation it is hard to determine the reason for the dimple in the first place. Adding volume to your lips with more fillers may actually make the dimpling more pronounced. See a doctor...
