Just got Versa lip filler on upper lip 4 days ago. It looks and feels lumpy when I smile. It’s not symmetrical and It also looks like there is no filler on the ends. Will this get better?

I am not certain what type of filler you had placed into your lips.  If it was a hyaluronic acid filler, you could have an injection of hyaluronidase to dissolve it now rather than waiting for it to dissolve by itself.

Yes, .5 ml will make a subtle difference. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising. Look for a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an expert in fillers to discuss your desired results and concerns.  I hope this helps.
