Dr. Shreder is awesome. He's been my PCP for years. I first met Dr. Shreder when I called on him as a medical salesman. I liked he demeanor and approach to medicine so much that I switched doctors to him. Been a very good move. No regrets. Recently, over the past several months I've undergone a series of Kybella injections for my double chin. Between Jean on the aesthetics side and Dr. Shreder, they're a great team. All my questions were clearly answered and I knew exactly what to expect. I can absolutes recommend Dr. Shreder.
Had appointments with Dr. E Shreder in Mesa, AZ with concerns related to the fat under my chin. He listened to me and professionally guided me to Kybella. Dr. Shreder fully explained the process, numbing the area, the injections and the recovery. I have since completed my series of Kybella and Dr. Shreder did an amazing my job! My results are fantastic. No more double chin!
Dr. Shreder is the best doctor I have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable and professional. As a guy who does not usually write reviews I had to share my experience as I was impressed and I do not impress easily. I have struggled despite working out 4 days per week with areas of fat on my abdomen that was stubborn. I suppose I am genetically built to carry my weight there. Regardless of crunches and weight loss the abdomen was never easy to improve. Because Dr. Shreder is easy to talk to and non judgmental, I was able to express my concerns to him. He recommended cool sculpt and I am so pleased that I chose to complete that treatment. I had one treatment and see results! The procedure was quick and pain free. Dr. Shreder knew I was skeptical of this procedure and I came armed with a listed of questions. He took his time with me and educated me on the procedure process and what to expect. Its hard for me as a man to want to post my experience regarding a procedure like cool sculpt. I identified at first a treatment like this more for women. My bias has been removed! I highly recommend Dr. Shreder. His expertise, knowledge, and down-to earth nature is a tough combination to find in the medical world. I will return to Full Circle not only as a patient for the primary care side but also for additional wellness services.
I have had all of my fillers (juvederm, voluma, bellafill) all done by Dr. Shreder. I can’t say enough about how good he is at what he does. My last visit was for Kybella and juvederm and the time he took explaining the procedure and the gentle touch he has made the experience exceptional. I was worried about looking “fake” but I always just look refreshed afterwards and that is my ultimate goal.
THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GETTING BOTOX, I'M 29 AND WASN'T SURE IF I WAS AT THE RIGHT AGE TO START THIS I WENT IN FOR A CONSULT AT FULL CIRCLE HEALTH IN MESA AZ WITH DR SHREDER AND HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT BOTOX AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE IDEA OF GETTING THE TREATMENT. I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO PREVENT WRINKLING AND AGING BEFORE IT STARTS UNTIL NOW! THE PROCEDURE WAS QUICK AND I DIDN'T HAVE TOO MUCH PAIN JUST A QUICK PINCH IN SOME AREAS. WELL WORTH IT MY FOREHEAD IS SMOOTH AND WRINKLE FREE! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK IN A FEW MONTHS FOR MORE!
I had juvederm done in my lips and I love them! They look fuller and more symmetrical. Im extremely satisfied with the outcome. I had very little wait time and very little pain during the procedure. Jean the aesthetician was great she helped set up and assist dr shreder and she made me less nervous and was very helpful in answering my questions and making me feel comfortable during the procedure
Hi Kpsony, If you are unhappy with the filler, have the person that put it there dissolve it. I personally use Bellafill (a collagen based filler) in small quantities deposited via canula over a few sessions. I never have gotten pooling using this technique. Don't always assume that every dermatologist or plastic surgeon is skilled in utilizing fillers, or choosing the best filler. It comes down to the training, experience, and the aesthetic eye of the injector. Good Luck, Dr Eric O Shreder - Full Circle Wellness, Mesa, AZ
Hi Tiffany280, thanks for your question. The answer is - that depends! Whether 1 tube of Voluma will work depends on how much "jowling" you have and your underlying facial structure. In many cases, we do see improvement with 1 tube per side, however, it may take 1 1/2 or 2 tubes per side. It may be that you should combine treatments like Ultherapy, or Radio Frequency to "tighten" and "lift" the sagging lower facial skin. We find that this combination works "best" and appears the most natural. Cheers, Dr. Eric O Shreder - Full Circle Wellness - Mesa, AZ
Hi Shadi, thanks for your question. In my experience, Bellafill has produced the most consistent lasting and natural looking results with no down time. Using a thin microcanula, I have been able to achieve youthful looking results without surgery downtime or significant bruising. Cheers, Dr Eric O Shreder - Full Circle Wellness, Mesa, AZ
Hi, thanks for a great question. There is no specialized licensing or restrictions for performing any kind of filler injection. Currently, the jawline is "off label" with any of the current fillers on the market. It is up to the individual physician to get the appropriate training to perform a jawline injection and know their personal limitations. The individual physician must get advanced training on their own in order to have the skills and knowledge to effectively perform the procedure safely. Don't assume that every dermatologist or plastic surgeon for that matter has trained on the procedure. Many physicians err on the side of caution and don't wish to go "off label". There are, however, advanced courses available in facial anatomy relevant to fillers (employing actual human cadaver models), and which also employ the use of cannula (safer) which help to differentiate an injector that has gone the extra mile with their training. Because it is impossible to state every procedure that a physician can perform on their website, most only list the most commonly requested. For example, I perform chin augmentation, and jawline reshaping, but do not list it on our website specifically. In addition, I have attended the most advanced courses on facial anatomy available, but don't specifically state it. So, it is up to the consumer to question the physician as to their training and which areas that they are comfortable to treat. I would schedule a consult with a physician with good reviews and discus your concerns. Good luck with your search! Dr Eric O Shreder - Full Circle Wellness, Mesa, AZ
Hi, you have a great great question. Although it is unusual to feel no "burn" with Kybella, I would expect you to still get great results as it is very predictable if the injections were performed properly. The previous liposuction procedure itself may have injured or stunned some cutaneous nerves, leaving you with less sensation from the kybella. Unlike other commenters, I don't recommend using every tool in the toolbox on post Kybella skin tightening. I have a very large quantity of Kybella in my practice and, depending on the skin laxity, we may employ either Ultherapy or Radio Frequency (RF) treatments sometimes both for additional skin tightening and smoothing. Be patient! Good Luck, Dr Eric Shreder - Full Circle Wellness.
