Could I achieve a nose like Bella Hadid or Blake Lively? (Photo)

You are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. Of course each nose is unique and it’s impossible to compare exactly with some one else. However from your pictures and the others you show it seems like you want a pretty small cut feminine nose. Some surgeons are very conservative. You do not need a conservative approach. You need dramatic reduction in size. You should make it clear that you want a significant reduction.

I believe you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. You have a dorsal hump and a bulbous nasal tip. You will benefit from reduction of your dorsal hump and nasal tip refinement. Everyone's nose is different and it is impossible to replicate someone else's nose. My best advice is that you discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in performing rhinoplasty. I would ask to see before and after pictures of their real patients. It's important that you trust your surgeon's skills and ability to achieve the results you are looking for. In particular, pay attention to your surgeon's experience with rhinoplasty. Best,

Don't get me started on Hadid's nose.  Oops, I got started.  Her nose is an example of what people shouldn't want.  There are at least three post operative complications  1) inverted V deformity, 2) penciled out / too thin dorsal width, and 3) dorsal aesthetic line and dorsal contour irregularities.  This aside, you can have a nice rhinoplasty.  Your skin is slightly thick, so this will limit the delicateness of the final result.   Your nose is slightly long, but it is important that it remains a little long because the middle third of you face is a little long.  If you shorten your nose too much it will look out of balance with the rest of your face.  It will look turned up and make your nasolabial angle look even more oblique.  The too stars you pointed out have smaller middle thirds of their faces. 

A very important step for planning a rhinoplasty is the use of digital photographic simulation software to morph the photos of your nose. It’s a communication tool to help align the vision of the patient with that of the surgeon. any surgeon that is expert in rhinoplasty uses it. 

The answer is maybe.  The best thing to do is get computer morphing done to see what might work in real life via surgery.  You have to be careful looking at celebrity noses.  Every nose is different and your nose has fundamental differences compared to the photos you showed.   Go see a rhinoplasty expert to discuss real possibilities.  Good luck!

It is not possible to reproduce an exact replica of anyone's nose, but these general goals are possible.  Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty, a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn up your tip slightly, and a dorsal hump reduction.   Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon. Hi and welcome to our forum!From your single oblique photo, I note a high bridge and a moderate hump. Without a frontal view, I cannot comment on nasal width, nasal shape, or nasal tip definition. Without a "worm's eye" view, I cannot comment on nostril size, symmetry or septal displacement.From what I do see, you appear to represent an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. A nose cannot be duplicated. Everyone's nose  is unique. But I think that rhinoplasty can give you a thinner nose with a lower bridge with a gentle female curve and improved nasal tip definition.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for in-person evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
