Hi! I've recently just met with my first doctor about a tip plasticity. I told him I don't think there's any problems with my bridge or profile and he agreed with me because I have no bump or anything. I know I'll only need a tip plasticity for my bulbous nose (due to me being mixed it's very unproportional) but he only works in closed approach and I need an open approach for the results I want. I'm just wondering how much a tip plasticity would cost?

Generally speaking, I am an advocate of closed technique- there is no reason to have Rhinoplasty through open approach - especially in Primary Rhinoplasty due to many reasons, including prolonged swelling and a very visible scar across columella. Also, when treating one aspect of the nose-in most all cases - all the other elements must be addressed in order to achieve the best result. Rhinoplasty is one of the most challenging procedures we perform that's why choosing the right Surgeon is the key.
