I have been considering kybella but I don't know if I should wastey money on that or just get a lower face/neck lift
Answer: How to Fix My Ugly Neck? Kybella Removes Fat and Tightens Skin The photos you provided were blurry. It looks like you have extra fat under your skin but that your skin is firm and of good quality. If so, then Kybella might be your best choice. It takes several treatments to melt away your submental fat. You’ll have some skin tightening, too. Be sure to consult a board-certified dermatologist who can help you decide which procedure best suits your needs.

Answer: Kybella for ugly neck Thank you for your question. It depends on what you are looking for or what are your concerns. Is fat your main concern, or sagging skin? Kybella is great for treating submental fat, also known as a double chin. There are also options such as a Botox "Neck Lift" if you are interested in correcting lines or wrinkles on the neck.

Answer: Kybella Candidate--add thermage, ultherapy, exilis, VASER, ThermiRF Kybella is good for removing stubborn areas of fat. Keep in mind, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with non-invasive options like Kybella. I recommend Kybella with thermage, ultherapy, exilis. VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF is a great alternative for contouring the chin, if you're a candidate and can be performed at the same time as a neck lift. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Solutions for the Neck Thanks for your question. Looking at your photos, it is likely that an enlarged fat pad is not your issue, so Kybella is likely not the answer. It would appear that skin laxity and some textural change (fine lines), i.e. collagen loss, is more the culprit. Our clients call this the "turkey neck". Consider treatments like Profound RF which can be applied to Lower Face and Neck as well, for significant tightening as well as surface re-texturizing. Profound RF does also have a subcutaneous tip which can be used to destroy excess fat cells in this region, if that is needed. Whether you are a surgical candidate would require a face to face evaluation with a plastic surgeon, it cannot be determined from these types of photos. Best, Lisa Vuich, MD

Answer: What can fix my neck? Kybella or liposuction Both Kybella or neck liposuction are good options and will improve the double chin. A chin implant can improve projection. It depends on your lifestyle and personality which would be better for you. Kybella is best for patients that: 1) Do not want surgery 2) Are not surgical candidates 3) Not willing to wear a compression dressing around the face for 1 week 4) Patient- The results of Kybella will take months Kybella take 1-3 treatments every 6 weeks. Patient will develop swelling and possible bruising after each injection that may last a few days. The benefit of Kybella is each treatment is quick and completed in the office. However, some patients need more than one treatment to get desired results. Neck Liposuction is best for patients that: 1) Want a single treatment 2) One recovery time- Downtime for neck liposuction require wearing a wrap around face for 1 week. 3) Less painful 4) Quicker results 5) Cost is a concern Neck liposuction is a quick surgical procedure that can be complete while the patient is awake. It cost around the same price a Kybella and can be less in patients with heavier necks. The single recovery of neck liposuction may be a better option for some patients. I hope this helps.
