Dr. Pickens is knowledgeable and did a good job. I had five sessions of velashape to reduce the appearance of cellulite on my thighs. I am signing up for five more sessions. But I definitely noticed a difference in the cellulite After just the 5 sessions.

I had always associated the O-Shot with bedroom activities, had heard how it was a game changer for a lot of people in different areas. So I never really realized that it could also help with Incontinence. I spoke to Dr. Pickens about my concerns and she brought up how the O-Shot has had some good results with that as well. so I decided, why not?

The procedure was easy and comfortable. She was gentle when she drew my blood and we talked about loads of things while the procedure was happening. Pain level was between 2-3 and she checks in periodically to make sure you’re comfortable. I had a very pleasant procedure and loved how attentive she was to me. She explained everything she was doing which was nice for my curious medical mind.

It has been a bit over 5 weeks since my procedure, and I have seen some different results. First for incontinence, the urges are less extreme and am able to control more function now. I look forward to seeing how it continues to stimulate my body over time. I was shocked with this second change. I had never had a female ejaculation before, and a couple weeks after the treatment I started experiencing them consistently with my partner. I was so shocked, because I always thought my body would never be able to do that. I spoke with Dr. Pickens about it and she mentioned that some women who have had the O-Shot have seen that change. She was very happy to know my treatment was working so well, and I have to say I am too.

I cannot recommend this treatment enough. It’s your own body working on itself, and I will 100% be receiving another one in the future.

I am over the age of 55, so I am experiencing issues with the female anatomy, I have what you call Uterium Prolapse and A -Trophic vagina which causes discomfort while having sex, so my daughter did some research and found this fantastic procedure called the O-Shot by Dr. Charles Runels, I found the nearest Dr who is board certified to conduct the procedure, Dr. Leslie Pickens, MD VA. Dr. Pickens was very knowledgeable, while doing the procedure she talked to me about what was happening, the pain was a minimum of 2. 

I also explained to her that I have an autoimmune disorder called Scleroderma and she recommended that I get two plasma tubes for a better result. After the injection, two days later I noticed that my right butt cheek had started to grow. 

Side Note: because of my Scleroderma the right side of my body is smaller than the left side which includes my right buttock, but seriously I started to see the difference in my butt. Dr. Pickens video chatted me for a follow-up and I told her what had happened, she was able to see the difference because I had shown her my right buttock while in the office and she had noticed it while doing the procedure. 

I have gained confidence and am much happier, I cannot stop touching my buttock. The O-Shot has also provided my vagina with moisture and I have less pain during sex. I recommend this procedure it's a game changer.

Dr Pickens was wonderful. She explained all my options, and what would work better for my skin type and concerns. All the options were detailed explained. This is the first time any physician takes the time to go over each one of the proceduresI would highly recommend her. Her staff is great as well. Office is easy to access.

I got a facial with Ras and loved every minute of it. Excellent people person with good conversation. She gave me suggestions as to what I should add to my daily face routine. My face feels hydrated and moisturized. Definitely recommending to friends.

I booked an appointment with Dr.Pickens concerning some jaw pain, asymmetry and tightness. Dr.Pickens fully explained the exact name and symptoms for this condition. I felt comfortable knowing how knowledgeable she is and that the procedure would be quick and painless. I no longer feel any pain/clicking or tightness in my jaw. I would definitely go back again!

I went to see Dr. Pickens on August 20th for an O shot and to see if she could do something about my labia majora. The fullness of the lips have greatly deflated over the years and I think they looked like someone took a bat to them. :) Her office was very easy to find and extremely clean. She stuck to strick COVID safety protocols throughout the ENTIRE visit which lasted about 2 1/2 hours.

In addition to the O shot, I went with a discounted package and added a wing lift (to help with the appearance of my labia majora) , and the vampire breast lift. I received a breast lift the year before (no implants - just the lift) , but the lift alone did not give me the clevage (fullness) I wanted at the top of the breast. Reasonable price for THREE services.

Dr. Pickens was certain to add plenty of numbing cream and we talked about what was important to me as the cream took effect. She explained in detail exactly what she was doing and I was VERY comfortable, (even with my knees flayed open). LOL

Her assistant came in as the shots were administered. The pinch was slight - On a scale from 1 to 10 - I would rate it a 2.

Now for the good part - About 1 week after the O shot - I felt...........how can I describe it..........sexy. I did notice a slight increase in natural moisture, but I will leave another review at the 4-week mark to report back. The wing lift was good. I don't care what anyone says, knowing that you are "pretty" down there, makes you feel sexier. Money well spent.
