I had my first Kybella treatment over 1 year ago. I didn't continue right away since I relocated to The Netherlands. Is this too long between treatments? Also, I am having trouble finding someone that does it out here. Does anyone know if this treatment is available in the Netherlands? Willing to travel to Belgium or western Germany also.

From your photos you have a beautiful profile and no fat in that area so no need for Kybella. I would suggest Thermage and fillers to tighten and add volume to the chin. If you choose the right product you will only have to do this once a year. Best, Dr. Green
Dear jmulko91,Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office. I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable....
