With each treatment you will lose some fat. Spacing the treatments further apart will only slow down the process of obtaining your desired result. It will have no impact on the actual treatment. I would look at the Allergan website to find a doctor near you.

Thank you for your question. There is a minimum requirement between treatments of 4 weeks to allow for destroyed fat cells to leave your body, but you can wait longer than that with no consequence. I recommend at least 3 treatments, and more may be required depending on severity. Best of luck!

It is best to have Kybella injected at prescribed intervals instead of after one year. They may not have Kybella in the Netherlands but they may have mesotherapy, which works as well if not better than Kybella. Mesotherapy is very popular in Europe, especially France. You might find Kybella used in Britain.

Hello there! Allergan, the company that makes Kybella, recommends injections at 30 day intervals but...the fat lost with the first injection a year ago is gone.  It has not recurred so you can go ahead andget the second round of injections now.  

There is a recommended minimal interval between Kybella injections of one month but no maximum. The fat you lost one year ago has not recurred so you may proceed with your second injection at any time.

We recommend Kybella treatments for to six weeks apart so that patients do not have to wait for full results. However, it does not affect the final result if you were to treat after the four to six week period.  Hopefully this helps!

It would be best to have your treatments every four to six weeks so that you can finish your treatment.  Delaying treatments only prolongs your results but does not minimize them.  Please consult an expert in Kybella for these permanent results in dissolving the submental fat.  Best, Dr. Green

You would still get a result even though you waited a year in between treatments instead of the month.  Kybella works by permanently destroying fat cells. I find it works best to be done at the prescribed intervals which might enhance the tightening effect as well.

The fat that was dissolved with your first kybella is still gone.  Subsequent kybella treatments will address any remaining fat.  Once you find a physician, plan on treating at intervals of 2-3 months.  I believe there are many physicians in UK who do kybella

Hi andreams613,Every time you have a Kybella treatment you lose that fat permanently. However, if you had gained weight during that interval, the remaining fat cells could build up fat and you'll notice that there's that bothersome double chin again.
