Im 37 years old and just started getting Sculptra for smile lines and to help prevent jowls and marionette lines as I age. Im attaching several photos for your reference. In addition to addressing the smile lines, I have a naturally round face and would like to subtly slim my lower face without drastically changing my features. I want to still look like myself, just slightly more sculpted. One of my biggest concerns is my double chin, which seems to be getting more noticeable. Im open to non-surgical options and want to understand what would work best based on my facial structure. Can you please take a look at my photos and advise which of the following youd recommend and why? Areas of Interest: Double Chin Fat Removal Options 1 Kybella Destroys fat cells under the chin 24 sessions, swelling/bruising common 2 CoolSculpting Freezes fat cells, minimal downtime 12 sessions typically Contouring & Facial Balancing Options 3 Chin Filler To elongate chin and create a more V-shaped profile Which filler would be best for long-term, natural results? (Hyaluronic acid like Juvederm Voluma / Restylane Defyne vs. Radiesse vs. Sculptra) 4 Jawline Filler To define jawline and reduce roundness Same question as above: Which filler gives the best balance of structure + longevity?
I got one whole vial of Kybella injected under my chin on the first week of March. I had such minimal fat and not a double chin. Now the area looks like exactly how it did before the Kybella injections. The doctor told me since I have such minimal fat there I would only need one treatment. I feel so upset because I still look the same. Will I need a second treatment or should I wait a little longer to see the full results?
I did 3 rounds of kybella over six months ago, I want to know if this is sagging skin or fat? And what would be the next best action please. If it's saggy skin then the doctor who injected me lied to me because they said I wouldn't get saggy skin which is why I decided to get kybella... Please reply thank you
I had 2 kybella treatments in my neck. I really wish I hadnt done them at all because now my skin has dents and it looks old. Ive tried softwave but it doesnt look like its tightened anything. Is there anything else I can try before just opting for a mini facelift? I really wanted to avoid surgery if possible. I feel really self conscious. Any advice would be appreciated.
Im 23 yrs old, didnt have much fat to begin with. I just got 2 vials of kybella a couple days ago, Ive been watching videos and saw that other peoples swelling did not go completely down after 3 weeks. My concern is that 3 weeks after my scheduled second treatment (two more vials), I have an event to go to. Is that enough time for the swelling to go down completely? Is there anything I can do to make the swelling go down more quickly? Ive been staying hydrated and getting sleep.
