I've been told by a few doctors that I'll need a fascia graft for my revision rhinoplasty because I have thin nasal skin. One doctor told me he would cut at the hairline behind the ear and not in my actual hair to harvest the fascia. I prefer he cut there and not in my hair, but I'm worried about visible scarring and long term complications from harvesting from this area. Do I need to be worried about a visible scar or any long term complications?
