I've had rhinoplasty/septo done just last year, happy with the results but I would of liked my nose thinner, my surgeon said he couldn't thin it much more than what he had as the bones wouldn't budge Is there a way to bring in bones. I've seen some people with really wide nose bridges & after thinner noses after surgery, please explain why mine wasn't able to be as thin. Surgeon straightened my deviated septum by adding grafts, he said this didn't affect why he couldn't bring in the nasal bones
