Lip filler can be helpful to reduce the amount of teeth that are showing.  Considerations include:
1) keeping the upper lip volume in harmony with the lower lip (which can also be augmented to maintain proper proportions) 
2) keeping the total lip volume in harmony with the size of your face.  You look like you have a smaller jaw width, so I suspect that your face would not be able to easily carry off extremely voluminous lips.  For that reason, you will likely be able to achieve reduction in the amount of teeth showing, but not complete resolution.
