Dr. Zetrenne and Dr. Fahey provide exceptional care from Pre-op to Post-op. Dr. Zetrenne is an amazing and caring doctor. She made me feel comfortable and confident. She knows what she is doing. I had a tummy tuck and lipo with her. She did a great job, my incision is very low, which every woman would love. Dr. Z and Dr Fahey provided all information, with video visits and in person visits. Dr Fahey make sure you have everything ready before surgery. I did not had any complications. I’m six weeks in and love the results so far.

I wish I could give more than five stars! Dr. Zetrenne is not just a highly skilled surgeon, but a compassionate person who genuinely cares about her patients. She and her team were in constant contact and there was nothing that I didn't expect or know about before hand. Her exams were comprehensive with a focus on ensuring that all of my questions were answered. I had a tummy tuck with 360 lipo and although I have only had my first post op visit, my recovery timeline has been exactly as described. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Z and fully plan to have her perform my next procedure. She is truly gifted! I will update this review as my recovery progresses.

Dr. Z has truly been a blessing through this process. Her bedside manner is impeccable and made me feel at ease after having not such positive consultations with previous plastic surgeons. She and her administrative team were so helpful in helping me navigate the insurance hoops I had to jump through. Both she and her office manager were so available over the phone and text whenever I had questions. The surgery and recovery went great except for an allergic reaction I had (that had nothing to do with Dr. Z) but even with that Dr. Z literally answered my phone call at 3 AM on Saturday when I freaked out about the reaction and immediately helped me. She subsequently checked in on me multiple times every day over the holiday weekend. My result have been amazing and cannot recommend Dr. Z highly enough!!!!

I met Dr. Z for my pre-op visit before my surgery. It was my first time getting plastic surgery and I was a bit nervous (to be expected). But Dr. Z made sure to educate me on the entire procedure, answered all my questions and made sure I was making a sound decision. Most doctors do it for the money but Dr. Z does it because she loves to walk with you on a journey of transformation and she really cares about YOU! I’m 3 months post op. I did lipo on my lower back, waist, top and bottom of my stomach as well as a tummy tuck. When I tell you I’m snatched….. Y’all don’t even know how many years I dealt with not feeling good about my body, not being able to see my bellybutton, dressing with big clothes to hide the fat it was a real struggle. Dr. Z helped me get my confidence back and I honor and appreciate her for her amazing work that left me sculpted! I have referred people to her that’s how much I believe in her work. I’m still healing and as I exercise and eat right I’ll update my results in 6 months!

I am currently three weeks post-op from my breast reduction and abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Elenore Zetrenne, also known as Dr. Z, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

First and foremost, I was very happy with the hospital (Northwell) in NYC where I had my surgery. The staff was exceptional, and having had multiple surgeries in different hospitals, I can confidently say they put me at ease. I know it might sound silly, but I hate being cold and having anxiety, so I travel with my heated blanket. To my delight, they had little under-gown heaters ready to go, which made me feel so relaxed. I just remember waking up feeling tired and cozy. I didn't feel rushed, and when I was ready, they got me to the car and off to go home. Pain was minimum. I was just super tired the 1st week. Barely used the narcotics. She uses the best pain management and ensures she gets you the optimum results!

I randomly found Dr. Z on this site after following breast reduction forums for a long time and having consultations with other doctors. I was initially nervous because she did not have a lot of reviews in NYC, but after reading her bio and education, I was very impressed with her focus on microsurgery. This made me think that she has an interest in not just surgery but the artistry of it all.

During the first consultation, I felt like I was talking to a friend rather than someone just telling me what they were going to do and their dislike for insurance. Dr. Z took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions, which made me feel confident in my decision to proceed with her.

We had two televisits and 2-3 in-person visits before the surgery, so I felt confident that she understood the outcome I was looking for and also had empathy for the issues I've had from previous surgeries. She also had dates that aligned perfectly with my vacation time. I did go partially with insurance, and she was out of network, which I had to cover a large percentage on my own, but I'd rather have the peace of mind. She was just so easy to work with. Her team is also amazing and patient and quickly respond.

I really believe in her and am happy she has relocated to NYC. I want her business to grow because she set a new standard for surgeons and communication. I even want to work for her part-time if I could because I think if she keeps her business more boutique-like, she and her clients will be happy. I also realized that she doesn't have a lot of reviews because she prefers word of mouth and more discreet clientele like myself. Due to my profession, I can't post pics of my results even though I want to, but many of us professional women can't afford that risk. However, I will take a partial risk to spread the word. When I am further along I will also add pics.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the results and the care I received from Dr. Z and her team. I highly recommend her to anyone considering breast reduction or abdominoplasty.

I feel blessed that I had her for my procedure, I cannot recommend enough Dr. Z.
