Thank you for your question and photos. You appear to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. There are techniques that can be performed such as a dual plane breast augmentation that can correct a mild ptosis. It is best to seek out a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation to fully assess what the best procedure for you would be. I hope this helps you and best wishes.
Mild sagging can definitely be corrected with implants, and based on your photos, it looks like you may not need a lift.
These questions are always difficult to answer. Depending on the size of the augmentation you may still need a lift to achieve your goal. The larger the implant used the less likely a lift will be needed. Some patient's are also more willing to accept scars than other patients. Talk with your board certified plastic surgeon and discuss these issues.
You should be able to get a very nice result with a conservative augmentation alone. From your photos you do not appear to require a mastopexy. Choose a board eligible or board certified plastic surgeon whose aesthetics align with your own. Use photos of "favorites" as a communication tool to indicate what you hope to look like with your final result. Best of luck.
Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. Depending on your desired outcome and size it is possible to have breast augmentation over the muscle to get a slight elevation of your nipple without any lift scars. Of course you would need a consultation for precise recommendations and to undergo Vectra 3-D imaging to simulate your postoperative results.
Thanks so much for reaching out. Looks like from the photos you've provided that but augmentation with a dual plane technique will give you the results you're looking for. I think that a exam in person with a board-certified plastic surgeon will get you the correct dimensions and size of an implant that will increase the volume of your breast and not need a formal breast lift. I hope this helps :-)
Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidatefor a breast augmentation with a dual plane technique without need for a formal lift. The size, profile, and shape of theimplant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wallmeasurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision shouldbe based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both youand your surgeon. This entire surgerycan be performed with a small incision technique. Make sure youspecifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who havehad this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find asurgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with aqualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
In some women's breasts, placing an implant alone will provide a subtle lift. A visit to a plastic surgeon's office will help you to understand what aesthetic outcomes are realistic in your particular case. In order to get a qualified, ethical, and expert opinion on your surgical options and expectations, schedule an in-person office consultation with a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.Best of luck,Keith M. Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for a BBL Always insist on a board certified plastic surgeon.
Implants will not lift the nipples, but push them forward. Combined with the increased volume, it gives the illusion of lifting them. Your ptosis is mild enough that augmentation alone should give you a nice result. However, if you want them substantially perkier, a lift would be necessary.
Hello! At two and a half weeks post op this is not uncommon to have some minimal bleeding or old blood seeping through the fresh incision. You can gently clean it with some mild soap and water or salt water and keep it dry. It is always best to follow up with your surgeon in regards to your ...
Hello Paola. I agree one is higher than the other. You should be examined by your plastic surgeon. Massage, breast band, and muscle relaxants might help. Best wishes, Dr. Aldo
Dear sage 1313, you should check this with your neurosurgeon, anesthesiologist and plastic surgeon. I you didn't have any serious health problems after the surgery 24 years ago, then I think you might be a candidate for a breast augmentation. Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American...
