My bigger sized implant (right 665 cc) looks SMALLER than my smaller sized implant (left 445). It's stressing me out. I don't mind a little assymetry because they weren't perfect but I'm still concerned. I just wanna make sure I'm healing right. Also, will they look fuller after they drop?

you should check this with your neurosurgeon, anesthesiologist and plastic surgeon. I you didn't have any serious health problems after the surgery 24 years ago, then I think you might be a candidate for a breast augmentation.
