I’d like to get a breast lift or internal bra but I don’t want the vertical scar or the scar around the nipple. I just want a little lift minus the nipple lift. I don’t mind having a little sag or a horizontal scar under my boob and I’d like them to remain a teardrop shape. Is that possible?

The type of scar depends on the surgical technique of the specialist performing the surgery. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.
