Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. Some physiotherapists provide scar de-sensitization therapy. This employs a variety of different techniques that may be beneficial. Scar massage beginning at the 2-3 week mark after surgery may help to prevent sensitivity for any future surgical scars.

I would try steroid injections to help calm down the scars. If done carefully, your scar should not widen.
