Will I get good results from breast lift surgery and fat grafting? (Photos)

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for breast reduction surgery. Fat grafting will not be needed because you will have adequate volume. I hope this helps.

Depending on a formal physical exam, a breast reduction or mastopexy would be a good option for you. Based on the photograph, s it appears that you have enough breast tissue to give you good shape without fat grafting. Both breast reduction and mastopexy involves reshaping of the breast tissue and moving the nipple back to a more youthful position on the breast. In a breast reduction, surgery is done to treat symptoms like back pain, rashes under the breasts, neck pain and grooving on the shoulders. In the surgery resection of more breast tissue is performed. And mastopexy, skin and a small amount of breast tissue was removed in order to reshape the breast. This is not done for a particular medical problem other than ptosis or drooping of the breast skin and gland. Unfortunately the stretch marks you have on the upper portion of your breast would not be helped by this or fat grafting. These are tears in the deeper layers of your skin. This is an unfortunate but common thing that we see there is not a great option in this area for removal.

It is possible to reposition and improve the shape of the breast with minimal scarring by raising the base slightly and improving the overall proportion with J inverted scar breast lift . Hello, Thank you for your question. Certainly you would benefit from a breast lift. Difficult to say whether or not the fat graft will benefit you. To get a better understanding and expectations on fat grafting, I would speak to your plastic surgeon. Unfortunately stretch marks are difficult to improve. There can be a slight improvement with the lift and fat graft but it may still be visible and no guarantees can be made.

Breast lift is exactly to procedure you need if your problem is saggy breasts. Implants are not necessary to correct this problem. Stretch marks in this location would still be visible after breast lift. Redraping the skin and filling with a moderate amount of fat may will smooth out any wrinkling of the skin caused by deflation, but the loss of pigment (color) caused by the stretch marks would still be visible.

You look like an optimal candidate for breastlift. The lift will elevate the breast and reduce the weight and excess skin. Your breasts will become more elevated and perky, with reduction of the areolar diameter, which will provide freshness. Fat transfer provides some gentle improvement to the upper cleavage and has a really nice effect on stretch marks with its stem cells.
You will need a full history and physical to assure you are healthy and a good surgical candidate.

Based on these photos, it appears that your breasts are large. There is no point in lifting this heavey breasts; even with best immediate result, large, heavy breast will not stay up for long time due to gravity. Better option would be significant breast reduction, which will improve longevity of result. If you still want larger breasts, implant could be used for augmentation, as a replacement for removed tissue. Implant will not descent due to gravity as breast tissue does. Hope this helps. Your breasts appear quite large and you do not need fat grafting. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Thanks for posting series of very nicely done photos. I recommend ONLY full breast lift/small reduction. NO fat grafting for stretched marks on skin could cause necrosis. If after doing just the lift and 3-6 months healing if you want these markings improve then consider nano fat grafts or Radeisse/Sculptra injection combos. best to virtual consult with....
